For defective items:

contact us if you find that your merchandise is defective. We guarantee you will not be charged anything if your item is deemed defective. All return shipping will be covered by the manufacturer or YesBags.com.
For unused items:
We unconditionally guarantee all unused merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund.
Rules regarding damaged items not including manufacturer's defects:
-Damage caused by a common carrier is, by federal law, the carrier's responsibility and must be claimed with the carrier at the time it occurs.
-Items that are not damaged from a carrier or via manufacturer's defect will not be eligible for return to YesBags.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
Feel free to use the lowest priced method of shipping when returning an item. Returns should be sent directly to the manufacturer of the product. Do not ship the product back to the manufacturer before hearing from us. Once you notify us that you are returning an item we will give you an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
Simply contact us directly through e-mail notifying us of your wish to return an item. Please state your name, the date you made the purchase and which item(s)
you will be returning.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after YesBags has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
